Town Edu (legal entity: KAPLANEDU Yurtdışı Eğitim Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti.) is a boutique international education consultancy based in Istanbul, Türkiye, with an office in Eskişehir and representatives in London and Baku. Founded in 2024 by Barış Kaplan, a counsellor with more than ten years in the sector, we place Turkish and Azerbaijani students in language schools, summer schools, high schools, universities and postgraduate programmes abroad.
We work on a counselling-first model: every student receives a written proposal matched to their academic profile, budget and goals, and we manage the whole journey – application, documents, visa file, accommodation and arrival support – through our own student tracking system.

We are an ICEF-accredited, ST Alphe reference-checked agency and attend StudyTravel Alphe UK in London every year. We visit partner campuses, brief families with up-to-date price lists and represent a small number of carefully selected schools per destination rather than a long list.
